You read that title right. Shabang, an annual festival held in beautiful San Luis Obispo, has crunched together some amazing electronic and indie acts into two days. Headliners Magdalena Bay, Chris Lake, The Backseat Lovers, and just recently announced French duo Polo & Pan are taking the main stage this May. You can view the full lineup below.
We’re excited to see Jackie Hollander after her stellar two year headliner and festival run. The Bay Area darling has achieved many of the dreams she sought after during our first interview two Shabang Festivals ago. Also excited to see DJ Mandy who graced the Independent and SF First Thursday stage late last year, along with Soraya who we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know over the years.
Artists we haven’t had a chance to cover and are looking forward to finally do so are FCUKERS, INJI, Mexican Slum Rat, and Annie DiRusso. We will of course check out the sets of everyone of this line up because what’s a festival without discovering a few new artists.
