He does what any Aries can do; lead a crowd. Arshia Nicholas Fattahi better known as Aries performed at August Hall in San Francisco last night to an energetic crowd. The audience was running around even before the opener Brakence went on stage. They were ready to mosh to anything and yelled along to the playlist playing between performances.
Brakence was the perfect choice for an opener. His sound can be described as indie pop-tronica and even pop punk. He played well known hits such as “fuckboy” and “dropout” both of which invigorated the crowd. Ending his 30-minutes set with his rendition of “Wonderwall”, he left the the crowd hungry for more.
When the countdown began for Aries, the audience was energized yet again. I’d never witness a crowd so enthused. Aries’ performance matched the audience’s energy in more ways than one. The way he spouted every lyric, running around the stage, encouraging the audience to mosh to his songs – there was never a dull moment at that show.
If you’re in the mood to watch a pumped up show, I highly recommend going to see Aries. Full gallery of what to expect down below!
